I had Antrilli's do my flowers for my wedding this past September. After going to our initial appointment in January, the florist arrived 45 minutes late and rushed through my appointment. Once we had every flower picked out, he quoted us on the spot. After consideration, we decided to cut out some of the exotic flowers to reduce the price of the flowers. We went back to the florist, who was kind enough to change everything for us, yet could not work up an invoice at that time. This was in March. He had informed my mother and I to call him after prom season to get the new invoice, but assured us it would be signicantly cheaper that originally. After calling at least once per week from May- September, we kept hearing " I dont have the price yet" - Finally, the WEEK OF THE WEDDING, out of pure frustration, we called and demanded to know the new price. The new price was OVER 1,000 MORE THAN originally, and he "swears" the first price only included centerpieces only. This is a total lie, and i distinctly remember the first invoice having every single flower listed on it. Coincidently, he could not find the original invoice to prove this. Point being, it is BAD BUSINESS to drop bombs on your customers, the week of a wedding. The way he conducted business was completely unprofessional and we will never, ever go back.
